I absolutely love NP Shanti Rubin. She's done a lot to help me get something that will work for me. She really seems to care about her patients. I gave 4 stars because it seems there's a lot of issues with scheduling. While waiting I've witnessed 2-3 patients coming in when they thought they had appointments but they were not in the system. Today I came for an appointment and somehow mine was cancelled, so now I'm waiting to see if I can be fit in. Which is frustrating when I have to be at work in an hr.
I agree with both 1 star reviews above me.
Dr DeAnna Frye is a wonderful doctor who we highly recommend.
