I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel other parents should know about our experience. In February 2026, my 4-year-old tested positive for influenza A and was extremely ill. I called Summit Health’s after-hours line looking for guidance from the on-call provider and was told we would receive a call back within 30 minutes. That call never came. Just a wonderful place. The reception staff, the nurses, the doctors, all wonderful and kind. Dr. Bender especially, cannot give her enough praise. She’s delightfully good with the little ones and extremely knowledgeable. Makes you feel very comfortable and secure, which is exactly what every parent wants in regard to their children’s health. Love Summit!
The front lady was so rude talking to me I believe her name is Victoria and his pediatic doctor was so unprofessional talking to me definitely gonna be switching doctors
Dr Jensen and his team (David and Chelsey) provide outstanding care. Dr Jensen has a great bedside manner, and is very skilled at cancer removal. David and Chelsey are kind, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process! Highly recommend!
Summit Health took over for BMC and in the process changed the 30% cash pay discount to only 15%. This is below industry standard and makes Summit Health very expensive for the community of Central Oregon. This needs to be addressed by leadership.
