The whole time I was seen by Dr Ken nicholswas 3 times in several years while Christina gabby was always super nice knew i wasn't able to work and she try to help me get social security disability when I was told by the office manager that they didn't take my blue cross insurance then one of the staff remindnt me I had a balance which I do less then 300 the sa.e girl went o. Best doctors ever love Dr Joseph Scott
Refused to see me because I didn’t have insurance. Which wouldn’t have been a problem but the way they acted like I was inferior for not having insurance was appalling. The way the let me sit in the waiting room when I had told them I didn’t have insurance was a big problem as well. They were rude, and didn’t care slightly about the reason I was there. Absolutely would not recommend.
When you walk in you feel like family and that precious girl at the front is the perfect person for the job!
I have been going here for several years,front desk is always friendly,my FNP is Brian Gong always listens to what what I say very very good at his job
