The Superintendent, Smiley, was extremely kind, caring and compassionate in helping me with obtaining an apartment. He was very accommodating as well. I feel at ease knowing that I am going to be residing here. I am very happy to be a resident at Summit Manor. I have lived here over a year and just recently renewed the lease agreement. My apartment allows dogs, which I was very happy about. If there is ever a maintenance issue, Smiley and Saul are always on top of it. They are always very friendly and professional. I just love my apartment my mom is very happy we have a lot of space as well as closet space OMG do we love that it's nice clean and quiet Mr. Smily is very professional and takes a lot of time to show me around where things are like washing clothes mailbox ect thank you all for allowing us to be apart of this small community GOD bless
Llevo 6 meses viviendo aquí, es un lugar hermoso, las zonas verdes mantienen limpias allí los niños juegan en las tardes y se ven felices, el apartamento es grande y bonito, El manager Smille es atento a las necesidades de los inquilinos, en invierno la calefacción funcionó perfectamente, estoy realmente feliz en este lugar es muy familiar seguro y tranquilo
Thankyou Summit Manor for answering my request right away, I’m very satisfied with the job the maintenance team did today at my apartment. I appreciate when there’s something to be done, they send someone to fix it!
Great place to live, nice rental office, Smiley was amazing throughout our entire stay. Attentive, property stays clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall wonderful experience. Only reason I'm not staying is because i got a job opportunity elsewhere. Thank you Summit Manor and Smiley!
