Never use this title company ever. The most inefficient unprofessional title company ever. The buyer and I had closing completely handled but ***** tried to change our closing entirely. She wanted to perform a double close to make more money for her title company and when we refused to allow a double closing our closing went completely away and everyone is out of the deal.
