Deceptive business practices. We had an agreement with Summit Landscape for irrigation. "Chris", the owner, met with us and brought his "job supervisor" (Andy) to walk the yard. Confirmed they would call 811 to locate the lines, and then get started. They did call in locates, and then started before the locates were completed. Within an hour of starting the work, the 2-man crew had cut my internet and satellite lines. After all work was completed, we got the final bill. Been using Summit for three years now. Chris and his crew do a great job! They actually handle most of the yards on our street. We have the best looking landscaping in the neighborhood! We do plan on having Chris install our sprinkler system as all our neighbors have used him and are very pleased!!
