Management needs to stop sending useless emails that no one ever follows and start actually enforcing things specifically parking rules. There is no where to park because over half the residents clearly use their garage as storage despite being told not too. We were also told no unit can have more than 1 vehicle in the parking lot but yet one resident is taking up 2 spots despite having an apartment garage AND an unattached garage behind the apartments. Absolutely ridiculous
Management doesn't care about their residents. If anything they are more focused on raising rent every year. And don't be fooled by their 'private beach'.....it is literally sand dumped on grass that the geese use a nest.
