Update 7/16/25: I lived here for 3 years in two different apartments (1036 and 1060). Overall the inside of the apartments are old and run down. Cabinets need to be replaced , doors need to be replaced , walls are paper thin, and the units are dated over all. There is almost no storage space. The price of rent does not match what you are getting as far as the apartment goes. I found a comparable apartment $350 a month cheaper with better amenities and upgrades and storage. I just signed my second year lease here at Summit Lake and I couldnt be happier. My favorite things about living here is the beautiful lake and ducks you see walking around the property, the fact that maintenance and landscapers cater to the property staying clean and beautiful & of course the 3 ladies that run this place. Its definitely home for a while for us.

It was clean and reasonable. A little outdated butok for the price. I will stay there again.
