Met with Katherine on a Saturday. She hadn't even showed me the apartment yet and I knew I was in good hands. She is so personable and really knows how to show the property!
Emails sent to the office oftenly aren't replied to. Would be nice to get a reply to my concerns. Obviously it was important enough to take time out my day to write an email to you guys.
I’ve lived in AZ my whole life. This is the first time I will be renewing a lease. Incredible maintenance staff, beautiful grounds, friendly neighbors. Thank you to Michelle and her team!
There needs to be somthing done about the constant yelling and screaming the in pool area. You can have fun without yelling snd screaming its also connected to the office, I'm surprised you guys don't make them stop when you hear them yelling and screaming throughout the office.....
I’m new to Az and these apartment homes are beautiful. The office managers Katherine and Michelle are very informative, responsive, and very welcoming. They both made sure my move in was prompt, and that I had everything that I needed to move in the day of move in. If you have any questions or concerns they both did a wonderful job at answering everything in a timely manner.
