Stayed with a friend for about a week. The 2/2 unit was spacious and well maintained. Full washer dryer, nice appliances, large walk in closet. Assigned parking for each apartment and plenty of visitor parking. Very quiet community and felt safe.
Front office is great. Everything else, not so much. Walls and windows are paper thin, we’re in a corner apartment and there’s people sitting out in their cars until midnight almost every night and it’s like having a running car right next to you as you’re trying to fall asleep. You can hear everything from your neighbors and they could hear you. There’s 0 amenities for the steep price, no sidewalks besides in front of the doors, no pool, no clubhouse, no playground.
