The doctor seemed thorough and pleasant, the issue is with the office. The majority of the time when a fax is sent in it is not received; therefore, I must either have the docs sent to me and I then email to the office, or it must be called in. I had a mammogram last week, it took the office one week to reach out with the news asking if I needed a script for a biopsy. Thankfully, I have not relied on the office to communicate my results (went through the radiology facility portal) and had contacted the office two days follow... read more
Only gave them one star no one ever called me back. I was a new patient. Blood pressure issues called the office after I left my appointment,They told me they would message the doctor Gomathy Subramanian urgent No one ever called me back. I called the second time no one ever called me back. Very disappointed. canceled all my appointments and found a new doctor
Dr. Toffey is an excellent doctor AND Rosie is super fabulous too - they really give you the BEST care and great bedside manner. The staff is wonderful too - so helpful, professional and friendly (especially Jodi). Highly recommend Summit Internal Medicine.
I don’t usually write reviews but I had an annual physical recently and the doctors are wonderful. I also have to say that the Lab stuff is AMAZING, I am a hard stick And Chris in lab drew blood the first time no pain no bruising absolutely nothing not to mention she is absolutely the nicest lab tech I came across. So so happy with the care I received.
Dr. Subramanian is nice. Not super chatty. Efficient in and out for appointments.
