Big mess later.
Summit's responsiveness to my home advisor inquiry was very fast. The estimator, Joe, came out as soon as we found a common time. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable. He provided me with a quote on the spot, and didn't pressure me needlessly for the sale. I was able to be honest with him and he actually listened. He provided me solutions that would be best for the comfort of my home considering budgetary constraints. I would work with Summit again without hesitation.
They delivered on time and at the stated price. Very satisfied with the work and customer experience
I promptly received a call from Dan within an hour of requesting a quote. Dan schedule an appointment for me to have Tom come to our home and provide estimate. Tom was wonderful when he arrived to provide me with the free estimate, and he is very knowledgeable. Hired for spray foam insulation in large sunroom on the ceiling and walls. They are very customer service oriented, and the got the job done fast. The even were able to put some in a very narrow 1-inch space. The only complaint I have is when they sprayed the foam, they got some on my floors, so now my new hardwood floors have large patches that feel like sandpaper and don't look shiny.
We are very pleased with the results. The technicians were timely, friendly, and professional. Excellent experience from beginning to end.
