Long waits. Think 2 hours. For two people. When the restaurant is almost entirely empty. There are more empty tables than full. Also. The hostess was near tears she was so overwhelmed and begged an older heavy man to help who stood there and did nothing. She gave up and did everything herself. The older man just stood in a predatory way waiting for people to sign checks then refused to help clear tables. Not a good look. I don’t know who he is but he did not give me a good impression

Terrible service. 7 people standing behind the counter talking and no one working the restaurant. Waited an hour and half just to order drinks and then another twenty just to get coffee and iced tea. Staff was useless. Will never come here again.

Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, our lunch experience at The Summit was very disappointing. The server’s attitude was rude and unwelcoming. After we were seated at a table by the staff, he insisted on moving us to another table, repeatedly telling us that our original table was “too small” for us. When we tried to provide our credit card in advance for the final check, he refused it in a very rude manner. The food was also extremely disappointing. I got double charged for a salad so I told the server about it and also told him that they didn't include the 2 desserts in the bill. He said the desserts were on the house. Then he gave me a new bill where he removed the double charge but he added the 2 desserts that were initially "on the house". I don't mind paying for what I consume, but they shouldn't be charging for something that initially gave for free just because I let them know they made a mistake on the bill.
