My wife and I bought our home brand new in 2016 and since then we have had nothing but issues within our home! We called Summit homes numerous times to get some of the problems resolved but still 6 years later nothing is fixed and Summit homes is no where to be found! I’m going to sale this home and move somewhere else because any home built by the Summit team is sure to be a failure and a waste of money and time! AVOID this company at all costs unless your new home has NO issues because they will not fix them. I cannot stress enough that our entire neighborhood is having issues getting in contact with any human to address our issues that are over a year old. Its a shame because the house floor plans are pretty great but the execution is nonexistent This company will outright LIE to you just to get you off the phone 1) They are never on time.
