I had the pleasure of working with Armand and he was extremely thorough and very easy to work with. I needed an inspection quick, and he fit me into his schedule despite being booked out multiple weeks. He compiles a thorough easy to read report on the inspection of your home and allows you to bill through escrow. His rate is very competitive and worth it because he finds things that could very easily be overlooked. If I need another home inspection, I wouldn't think of going anywhere other than Summit Home Inspections.
