I commissioned Dan to clear cellulose insulation from my soffit vents in the attic this summer. Needless to say, it was a very hot and grueling job. His company performed the job quickly and in a professional manner. After clearing the vents, Dan informed me of rodent damage to many insulation baffles, electrical wires, and to the bathroom fan exhaust duct.
