If ur looking to work with them don’t apply with summit homecare. The coordinators are nice and very helpful but if u call out too many times it’s a problem they don’t think u have a family and things do come up so instead of trying understand they put on a hold until u figure it out . I think that’s not fair and I have worked with other homecare agencies that were very understanding but they are not

This is the worst home care in Brooklyn. Do not let this agency take care of your family .Michelle is no good and the reason the agency is not properly managed
Needed to get a Home Health Aide for my grandmother (in law). She was getting discharged on a Friday and the agency they working with said that the earliest they can staff would be Sunday. Reached out to Summit and not only did they have the aide waiting when she got home but they were able to increase her hours!!!!! I recommend Summit for any and all home care related needs.
