I was very pleased with their service! I called in the morning on my way to work and Rachel was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to get my air fixed same day. CJ performed the service and communicated everything going on while I was at work. I really appreciate their ability to stay in contact with me. CJ arrived in the stated time window and even gave 30 min notice. I also believe price was very fair and I purchased a maintenance plan. Will definitely recommend to others
Needed replacement of AC and Asa, Tim, and Jarren did a thorough job and in a timely manner! We were happy with our results. Thank y’all for helping us stay cool in the summer.
A/c unit was leaking water everywhere in the basement. Jonathan came out on a Saturday within a couple of hours of calling to help us diagnose the issue. After doing his first round of tests, came to me to discuss his findings. I really appreciate a company that shoots you straight and gives you options of how to proceed.
