History Established in 1960. My Grandfather, John Sieverts emigrated from Holland when he was 11 years old. He started out cleaning the coal furnaces that were popular at that time. The technology advanced and natural gas heating came into vogue. These more complex systems required more technical service. John found his opportunity and created his own company. Friendly, fast (March). Decent price. The Technician even fixed another piece of equipment, that wasn't to code done by another Contractor, for FREE. It didn't take him too long to get that extra work done, but that rarely happens these days. Great work!
I wanted to personally thank Cody and his team for such an outstanding job. We had a furnace unexpectedly quit on us a few days ago. Cody was able to rearrange his very busy schedule and work us in for a tear out and replacement. It was a logistical nightmare for him I’m sure, but he was able to make it happen. I came home from a weekend trip, in the winter to no heat! I of course was concerned and got two different services out to take a look. The first quoted me a full replacement costing over $14k. Zach from Summit came, was super familiar with my complex, found that my furnace just needed a couple replacement parts and that it was actually in really good shape.
