These guys are my go-to for anything HVAC. It’s so hard to find someone honest and trustworthy these days. Most service companies tell you that you need a new unit and just replace everything. Summit has always been upfront and honest with us for any repair or replacement. I refer them to anyone that asks for HVAC help and they keep using them just like I do. I wish I would have called the police- We had this service out over the summer for a clogged air conditioning line, so we called to have the drain cleared to the outside. The service tech came out for 20 minutes, didn’t find the end of the drain and left without solving the problem. He said he back pumped the line, though it only took 20 minutes from doorstep to doorstep. He’s said he’d have to come back to find where the line comes out at another time.
