Jacob (Advisor) and Bryan (Technician) were both incredibly nice and super helpful. Jacob was responsive and able to provide multiple quotes for different combinations of services (compressor, furnace, water heater, etc.) and able to answer any and all questions that I had along the way. Bryan was incredibly kind, funny, and did a great job of installing my new system without any issues -- luckily we replaced my old unit just in time before it burst at the seams! Chris from Summit came out to troubleshoot a leaky faucet and ended up replacing when the old faucet wasn't salvageable. He ran me through all the alternatives along with the costs and completed the replacement quickly. Chris was very personable and professional. I would definitely use Summit again for by plumbing needs.
On Jun 23 I had an inspection for a quote and estimate and to explore options. Everything was professional and i was excited to work with Summit. A month later, and I have followe up numerous times by text and by calling the office. Each time I was told I would hear back soon, except i never did. The last text I sent gor no reply. Not sure why but this company doesnt seem to need business.
Fix was not complete. Told bogus story about needing a new unit. Same issue caused break down again within 2 years but was told warranty for parts and labor only good for one year.
Bryan from Summit was polite and professional. He was quick to respond and replaced my water heater with the knowledge and experience of many years in his trade. Thank you Bryan!
