In 2019 Summit installed a new furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater in my home. The installation was a fiasco: the wrong furnace was installed and had to be replaced; the exhaust pipe for the water heater was installed in a position that could cause the pipe to freeze in cold weather, potentially causing carbon monoxide to back up into the house, and the furnace intake vent installed in a way that made the furnace work harder than necessary to pull in outside air (the last problem caught by the county inspector... read more
Bryan has fixed multiple plumbing issues over a couple of visits always with really solid work and great results. Thank you! Addition to this: two different times and months apart after the fact, we encountered a manufacturer parts problem. I called Summit and requested Bryan by name.
