I would say 2.5 but it's not an option. I went with Summit & one of their winter deals to replace both my furnace & a/c. Honestly, the entire job & experience sadly turned into a big headache. After the two day installation was complete, I immediately let them know about a high pitched vibration wobble sounding noise coming from the system. Could not have asked for better service! We had Jason and Sal out to service our AC unit and they were phenomenal. Incredibly communicative, punctual, and informative. Not only did they fix the issues, but they made a point to answer every question I had! Highly recommend Summit for any AC servicing you need.
Our 20 year old air conditioning unit was at the end of it's life in the middle of summer and Summit was quick and responsive. They got someone out here quickly to assess our needs and provide competitive quotes. Once we made our decision, they were quick to fit us in their schedule and get knowledgeable techs out here to install the equipment. Luis came by my house today to share more about mini-split options. He was fantastic! Super friendly, respectful, and kind. Finally, someone who wasn't pushy or salesy - he just provided a ton of education/talked through options/etc. Felt like he had my families best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
