Watch out if your going in for services at Summit radiology. They will charge at hospital rates which will cost you more. No transparency to let you know this.
The 5th floor senior unit nurses were phenomenal, I would give them a thousand stars. However, the weekday doctor set off my PTSD by not believing me. I even asked her, what, you don't believe me? Then she tried gaslighting me saying saying that she would never tell a patient that. Very unprofessional. I would give her negative stars if I could.
Something as simple as Cody on the night shift bringing me a red Jell-O instead of an orange sugar free one made a huge difference during my stay.
The air fragrance they use is horrible. Its too strong and made me sick. Bad for patients.
Excellent care. Dr. Yontz is a star at getting peeps through with kindness. I wish I could remember all the names. However, please remind all that when they splint a break to support above and below the break. I had to support the upper joint at home due to extreme pain and realized the upper not supported, and...the support around lower let me move all over. I can't even call for Ortho until Monday.
