Dr. Shaughnessy is very professional, very knowledgeable very personable and takes the time necessary to explain everything in detail to make sure I understood everything! Very happy with him and I am so happy he decided to make the move to Summit Outpatient.
I arrived at the hospital to deliver an urgent medical shipment. Timely delivery of these types of items is important because they may be needed for patient care or scheduled medical procedures. Unfortunately, the security officer made the delivery unnecessarily difficult. Instead of helping facilitate the process, he repeatedly created obstacles and gave conflicting instructions. The worst bedside manner ever I have a broken ankle and was told to take ibuprofen or Tylenol what a joke the Doctor didn’t even bother to tell me what was actually broken. This sucks that that is our only hospital in Show Low.
They delivered my baby safely and extremely quick in an emergency situation. My baby was super breech, when I reached the hospital I was about to give birth, my contractions were so strong. The nurse felt feet in the birth canal and they immediatley got Dr.Young in there to talk some sense into me to get a c section. I really didn't want one, but I was about to risk squishing my babies head on the way out so I agreed and signed all the consent forms. I am so glad I did. They took great care of me.
