This urgent care was clean and I got in quickly to see the nurse. The staff and nurses were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here.
Went to this urgent care and this one African American woman was so nasty! She took us to the back to check weight and took us to out room but Very unfriendly and Very rough with my son. My son cried because of how rough she was swabbing my son’s throat and he had no issues doing that in the past. it seems like she lacks training on how to handle children. Unacceptable! I hope they put her where she dont need to handle children.
The care I receive here is excellent. I’m usually seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. The nurses, P.A’s and doctors overall are professional and courteous.
