My nurse was Frankie and she was super welcoming and very fun to talk to. Went through everything that needed to be done and gave some great advice. I would definitely consider coming back here if I have another trip.
Huge shoutout to Frankie, she is seriously my hero. She was incredibly accommodating at getting me a last minute appointment and I am so grateful. Kind, efficient, and super knowledgeable. I had such a wonderful experience with her.
Really great experience from beginning to end. Easy to book and instructions to find the clinic. Advice from the nurse was friendly, well informed and transparent (not push-y and clear about costs). Would recommend and use again!
The nurses I dealt with at Summit Health were lovely and very thorough, but their general customer service line is absolutely awful. Like others have echoed in these reviews, if you have questions regarding information told to you in a consultation, you will be told that you, as the patient, were the one who misunderstood and that there’s nothing they can do.
