The nurses I dealt with at Summit Health were lovely and very thorough, but their general customer service line is absolutely awful. Like others have echoed in these reviews, if you have questions regarding information told to you in a consultation, you will be told that you, as the patient, were the one who misunderstood and that there’s nothing they can do. Do not give your credit card information to Summit. They are happy to take a booking by phone but make cancellation difficult. We were charged for appointments we cancelled even thing we gave due notice.
