Had several bad experiences here. First with the male doctor, I went in after a severe car accident and he told told me to take some ibuprofen and that “my friend had it much worse” (my other friend saw the same doctor and also never returned. Turn out he let me go untreated with a traumatic brain injury, and broken ankle, a torn acl and meniscus, and refused to further assist me. Next I tried the female doctor. The staff at Summit Health in both Bend and Sunriver were great to deal with and got us in and out quickly. Shelley, Liz and Dr. Schweinberg in the Sunriver clinic were extremely helpful and very personable. I wish we had them in the Portland area, where we live!
I am posting to say Summit Health in Sunriver has promptly addressed issues I had linking my cancer care with St. Charles! They have worked hard to iron out these issues. They are amazing! Thank you to Summit and their team!!!
It is a full service clinic where I can have my bloodwork done also. Everyone is very accommodating from the front office to the two Dr.s. Both are totally ready to serve with great knowledge and fine bedside manor.
From the welcoming front desk all the way to Dr Karl, everyone is friendly and attentive to your needs. I’ve had several occasions where I needed to be seen right away and this office was quite accommodating. I’m so happy to have this wonderful PCP experience right in Sunriver so I don’t have to go into Bend.
