Although the frt counter staff has always been nice, the rest, particularly Dr Ignetson, is a disaster… 3 times ill dealt with her, 3 times she ran me around waiting my time. I do not recommend and will never go back.
I have used them for 27 years. As a physician, I can report that respond quickly to communications, are caring, courteous and very competant. In a word, terrific!
Summit Health in Sisters is my chosen provider. Is a small office in town next to the fabulous Habitat For Humanity Thrift Store. Very friendly front staff. They have an open lab clinic on Thursday . My only wish for this clinic would be an Urgent Care clinic. There is none provided in Sisters. And with the large amount of tourists here daily and people passing thru Hwy 20 over the mountains, it sorely needed.
Took 12 days for this office to respond to several requests from my pharmacy and me to complete prescription after my doctor visit. No apologies or concern for my health in this case. Will not be using this office again.
Wow, what a disorganized group Summit has become. Try to get a blood draw. Nope, they moved it to St Charles...maybe. Despite being told that my orders had been electronically transferred, St Charles doesn't have them. No one cares anymore. No one can help. Lots of apologies, no responsibility.
