I spent over an 1 1/2 hrs sitting in your waiting area with a pretty severe cut on my left thumb that was bleeding badly, when I was finally called to the back, an aid set up the room, looked at my injury, he cleaned it up a little, and said someone would be with me shortly, I sat in that room for well over an 1 1/2 hrs when she came in to look at my hand she started the bleeding again (which squirted all over me, less than 5 minutes with her and she said that she was going to have to send me to St.Charles, and was really so... read more
Ran around on a wild goose chase trying to find this place because the maps location was wrong and wasn't given instruction on where this clinic was. Missed my appointment and have to wait another month.
Here for a CT scan. Receptionist was so rude. Hardly said more than 5 words to me. Now I’m sitting here in the waiting room watching her at least attempt to be polite to other patients. What did do to her to her? I was pleasant and polite. Not cool man.
I go to Summit every 30 days for my health The front staff is always very pleasant. My team of doctors and nurses are always great. They listen if I have any questions or concerns. The reviews that gave Summit Specialty one star ratings were on the wrong page. They had colds and fevers, has nothing to do the the Specialty Clinic or it's staff.
