Made an appt online for my daughter to see Dr Chase cause she hurt her back, and he was the only orthopedic available to see her. I put in the notes that it was for her back. When I arrived at the appt they told me he couldn't see her because he doesn't treat backs. I asked If we can see another Dr since we were there and they said no one was none available. There is a tall orthopedic physician assistant on the second floor, I think her name start with K, that is disgustingly unprofessional and discourteous. She interrupt while you are speaking and responds to questions as if you are bothering her. **Doctors should allow patients to contact them directly with complaints regarding staff! Bad for business. I went to this office after my doctor referred me for foot/ankle pain and told me to come here for a MRI. My appointment was at 5:00 PM, and I live 35 minutes away. Driving during rush hour traffic, I arrived at 5:13. Before I even walked in, I received a strange phone call that lacked basic manners.
