I have found at Summit Hill orthopedic is efficient unbelievably listen to you’re complaints and even take care of that complaint along with your appointment. Also, it’s an unbelievable office. They get to the point they take the x-rays. Any need that you’re concerned about they swiftly. I called it 12 o’clock about my hands. She said you can go at 2 o’clock or 230 to your appointment. Dr Mendoza is a great doctor. However, the scheduling process for appointments at the Glen Ridge office appears to show disparities based on patients' age and their willingness to travel. I just raised this concern with management and requested that they review their internal scheduling policies to ensure fair and equitable access to care for all patients.
