I was visiting from out of town and went as a guest. The girl at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Was not crowded, although there is not a lot of room to move around or place to stand while using dumbells. Equipment was adequate but old. Seemed pricey for membership. Gym back home is much nicer and more modern for 9.95 a month.
Very clean friendly gym!
Clean facility, friendly staff, great exercise classes, steam room, provided hand/body towels, electronic lockers, lots of good cardio and weightlifting equipment (some of the cardio equipment is pretty new), and even body wash in the newly renovated showers.
I've had my first couple of days here. It's nice and the staff are friendly.
