Front desk staff was super kind, and the process went very smooth. Dr.Metha Deeksha MD was very informative and helpful throughout my first office consultation with her. Shout-out to Marley for doing an amazing job when getting my blood drawn. She was very kind and empathetic throughout the process. Very knowledgeable on knowing which vein to choose from.
Update: As a patient of Dr. Mehta, last year I had a very negative experience with the receptionist on a Saturday (only with this lady, not with others or with my doctor). Dreaded coming in today (hoping not to have to deal with her), however there was another person behind the counter. Danielle, your patient experience is top notch and it definitely washed away my last bad experience. Please show this review to your supervisor and let them know how blessed they are to have you!
