My experience with your Physical Therapy team has been extremely disappointing. While I understand that my son’s therapist went on paternity leave, the issue is not his absence—it’s how it was managed. Appointments were canceled at the last minute despite the team knowing weeks in advance that coverage would be needed. As a result, my son has already missed several weeks of therapy and is now unable to be seen for an additional two weeks by any therapist within your organization. Go anywhere but here. The front desk staff is completely horrible. Nurses are horrible and with bad attitudes. Doctors are like car Mechanics, they are a dime dozen. Go to Atlantic health, much better!
Worst place ever do not come here. Billing department treat you as you call their personal cellphone number they are not professional at all They will find ways to up charge you even with insurance. Never again to this place
