Been with summit for 4 years now it has been great It problems I have had got fix I will recommend them to people if they were looking to rent
Bad business practices. They will lie to you and scam you out of an application fee. I was very honest with them that I did not have credit but make very good money and they said with that and my rental references that I would get approved. But then deny me for not having credit. They just want your application fee. Do not apply to any of their homes.
