Bad business practices. They will lie to you and scam you out of an application fee. I was very honest with them that I did not have credit but make very good money and they said with that and my rental references that I would get approved. But then deny me for not having credit. They just want your application fee. Do not apply to any of their homes.
I rented from these people for about 4 months as the property owners decided to switch lease management companies. I had to go out of the country due to an emergency. I tried to call them after being gone for about a week saying I was going to be permanently moving out of the country and that I would was going to be moving everything out and selling it.
