I rented from these people for about 4 months as the property owners decided to switch lease management companies. I had to go out of the country due to an emergency. Disappointed with Summit Management Group's application process. Despite meeting all stated criteria, including no prior evictions, bankruptcies or judgments on my credit, I was denied due to my credit score. My impeccable 15-year rental history wasn't taken into account. COVID-19 impacted many financially, yet they didn't consider individual circumstances.
