Just bought a new 2026 Chevy Traverse from Kennedy. It took her days to find exactly what we wanted, but she didn’t give up and found us the perfect Traverse. Dealt with Will for all of the financials and it was a smooth experience. Will definitely continue to purchase all of our vehicles through Summit GM.
I’m not happy with the service I received last week for my tire change. It took 8 hours to finish. I dropped off my car at 8:00 a.m. and told them that I needed it by 12 noon. They said it would be okay, but by 2:30 p.m., it still wasn’t done. I was really upset because they only told me afterward that it usually takes the whole day. Wow — for just a tire change, the whole day? I was really surprised and disappointed with the service.
Excellent experience with my service advisor Susan Lynn. She was very thorough in the details, as well as warm and compassionate. Highly recommend Summit GM, Susan Lynn, and staff. Every experience I’ve had they’ve gone above and beyond.
People were helpful and friendly. I got the right part the first time even though I didn't have the last 8 digits of my SIN (having the last 8 digits of your SIN is how they are supposed to locate your part).
I just want to say as always the service was amazing. I made a mistake on putting a gas on a diesel engine on my 1500 Denali and as soon as I called and explain my problem was, automatically they understand that i needed help tight away. Joanne Pentz was responsible in making it happened and get our truck fix without delays. She is so knowledgeable on what she is doing and very friendly and professional.
