I scheduled oven repair with Universal Appliance Repair Summit yesterday. The technician was on time and was very skilled. After carefully inspecting the parts, he identified a problem on the broil element and did what was necessary. I admire their professionalism and will call them again if I have to.

Washer problems cannot be put on hold – at least not in our house. We use our washing machine a lot and perhaps this was one of the reasons why our appliance broke down relatively fast. We had a tech from Universal Appliance Repair Summit over and he had the courtesy to thoroughly inspect every component of the appliance. Our washer was quickly fixed. Some parts were replaced too. I recommend this company for the excellent and quick washer repair, and the professionalism of the tech!
