My mother and I have been living in summit gardens Hackensack for almost a year now. We used to stay in Lodi but we didnt feel safe due to abuse in our personal lives and our location being exposed. This has been a great place to live with me and my family. Nargis is so very helpful. She has always been very helpful to me along with Priti. They have been very friendly, kind and professional. When there is an issue they always get it fixed. I'm grateful for SDK Summit Gardens. It's been a blessing to me and my family. I Loretta Bowie of apt 27-i Cambridge terrace Hackensack NJ 07601 has been renting here for roughly 9 year. From the very first day I’ve been pleased. The management team is top tear. Never leaving me to question why i made this move. All repairs are done in a timely fashion. I love everything about living here. Also, It’s very clean and comfortable. We have off Street parking and onsite laundry rooms assessable 7 days a week. I’m never moving as I’ve finally found my comfort home.
AWFUL! RUN THE OTHER WAY!! NO consideration for tenants. Always doing pointless LOUD construction projects EVERY WEEKEND AT 7AM. You can always rely on landscapers waking you up every Mon & Tues @ 7am. Coin laundry with 4 small residential washer/dryers from the 90's ($3 a load). Not allowed to decorate for holidays. Not allowed to BBQ. Everything breaks in apts because its CHEAP materials, even in their "RENOVATED/UPDATED APTS". Don't expect your deposit back because EVERYTHING is YOUR FAULT. 0 stars, don’t move into any property owned by SDK. All of their properties have the exact same issues with rodents and bugs. They don’t care about fixing problems and they don’t care about their tenants.
