0 stars, don’t move into any property owned by SDK. All of their properties have the exact same issues with rodents and bugs. They don’t care about fixing problems and they don’t care about their tenants.
SUPER RUDE! I sent a request on Trulia and received an email asking to schedule a tour on their website, so I did. When I got there a lady didn’t even let me step into the leasing office, they talked to me through the door, looked me up and down and asked me if had talked to someone on the phone. I said no because all communication has been just fine through emails and the website. Not as nice and updated as they said at all. Moved in three months ago and now I wish I didn’t. Roach invested and very noisy neighbors. Management takes forever to get things fixed. Extremely hot all the time. They only control the heat so it is on full blast. Broken screen windows from previous renters and electrical sucks. Can’t have too many things on because the electricity starts to dim and flicker. Horrible place to live. Management sugar coats the all the flaws.
Very quick at service/maintenance requests. I have been staying a long from past 4 years and always the staff is supportive. Mostly will go as per process but if there is any alternative in any adjustment will try to guide. Leasing office staff Nargis and Priti supported in quick resolution or any other leasing formalities. Also Maintenance staff are so quick and efficient. Luis always closed all service requests with in a day. Also thanks for maintenance service responded during long weekend and holidays.
This place is a rip off & also has Rude & nasty staff.
