Defective sprinkler head & cap installations to be covered under warranty were reported to Summit. After a month of following up requesting a timeline and an answer, I continue to be neglected. I have no choice but to forfeit our sprinkler contract and seek a new vendor. It's not like they're honoring warranty anyway. I will remove this review if I ever get an answer.
Brenda from Accounts Receivable sends me multiple emails every single week claiming that an invoice wasn't paid when they were paid via direct deposit straight into Summit Fire & Security's bank account. I told her many times to check the bank account and she will find that the money is there and the invoice was paid. She doesn't update the books. I'm not sure what's happening at Summit Fire & Security to cause this kind of customer experience.
The guys came out to Flood Fire Pro, Inc. in Franklin and were courteous, professional and on time! They were great - I highly recommend using Summit!
