I have used Summit Fire and Security, a relationship I inherited, for many years. There were some ups and downs back in the day, but for the past several years they have been diligent and responsive to my requests and concerns, and the regular and monitoring staff have never failed to be polite and respectful. Also I use another company in a different state, and Summit's pricing seems to be on par with the other company's. I must also say I have not used the fire protection services of either company.
