I have been with Summit Fire and Security for about 18 months. While the monitoring service has done exactly what it is supposed to do, the billing and account receivable. I’ve been atrocious. Three occasions I have been sent bills saying I am past do you on my account when I started the service I set it up for a monthly credit card payment, and they have taken every payment as expected.
