My experience with Summit Fire & Security was disappointing. I was charged a significant amount for the initial setup that was not communicated in advance, and there were ongoing issues with poor communication and follow-up. One bedroom was left without a smoke alarm, and I had difficulty getting clear answers or updates. I hope the company improves its transparency and customer service moving forward. Would not recommend.
