Fast, courteous and efficient.
Steve and Michelle made scheduling my annual inspections a breeze this year. Jeff, Mike, Eric, and Bo were an amazing team and took great care of us. They were on time, professional, informative, and knowledgeable. They explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was going on. They also had great customer service with all of our residents. I look forward to working with the Fort Myers office for many years to come. Will recommend to all of our sister communities.
Worst company for all aspects of fire and security. Avoid them at all costs. If you have them as a vendor drop them immediately and go with literally anyone else.
My work isn't even with them for few years, but came to my work - no appointment was made (I called & asked management) & tempered with our system and set off all the alarms at my building during peak work hours.... Good system, but not professional management. Update: I usually have to professionally film people - luckily didn't have to yesterday. They also were making a ton of noise outside my office (2 concrete walls in from the exterior wall) while trying to focus, it was very difficult. Please call to notify the company... read more
