We have hired this company to install a new fire alarm panel in our building and upgrade several other components of our Life Safety Systems. Our service manager, Ray Priebe has been wonderful to work with, very prompt at returning calls and emails. He takes time to explain issues and how our system does and will work.
Oddly they didn't have a key to get an extinguisher I wanted to buy but they hung around after hours waiting for me to return after they called me saying it had returned..
Called 3 separate times in a matter of 2 weeks to make an appointment. Each time was told I'd get a call back to make the appointment. The 3ird time I called I told the same person who kept transferring me to the appointment maker that no one was calling me back and this would be the last time. They did not call me back so I found another provider.
