Had to walk in and do my own reaching out for customer service, called left messages via email and phone calls with no return communication. So I had walk take care of my business, explain my situation so business was taken care of got what I needed. Just disappointing no one would return a call or email.
I felt it was confusing, sent invoice for services not requested. Sent two quotes as first incorrect and had to follow up three times to get that. Was told on a few occasions you’d call back in a bit and it was a day or two later or didn’t. Seemed to sell service not actually required to get up and running and pretty costly compared to other bids. Overall just became uncomfortable that you were over selling and your weren’t really organized. Not angry but hopeful this will help you improve your organization
Summit Fire is our go to! We had our fire marshall inspection and needed to get some fire extinguishers recertified. We called Summit and they told us to come on over so we could get taken care of. The process took less than 15 minutes and we passed our inspection!! Overall an amazing experience from the customer service on the phone and in store.
Customer service is excellent. We never have to wait long to get our fire equipment refilled and certified. Friendly staff in the office and on the job site. I highly recommend them.
