Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The Branch Manager, Caylum Luper, and the Accounts Receivable staff member, Ashly, have demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and ethical standards. We received a "final notice" on June 10th, with a payment deadline of June 20th. Despite our efforts to respond promptly—calling Ashly to make the payment (she didn’t answer), and then reaching out to Caylum (who was on vacation)—we were met with silence.
