Tracy Frith handled the refinance of our home loan. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but her response time was impeccable and she got us the lowest rate out there. I've worked with Tracy at Summit Financial to refinance my mortgage loan two different times. Both times the process was simple and as quick as possible resulting in the lowest available APR. The best part of my experience was Tracy's availability. I tend to ask a lot of questions. She was able to send me mortgage estimates within minutes of my first call and always answered my questions by phone, email, or text on the same day.
