Charged us $650 for a week of summer camp. Dismissed after two days. “We don’t want to deal with (your son)”. Did not offer a refund. Stay away from these crooks.
It would be nice to go back to the normal schedule where they closed at 10pm not 9pm. They open at 5am for the early morning people. Why can't we have that for the evening people and close at 10? I'm still waiting for it to close at ten and it's been over 5 years. GO BACK TO 10 PM!
Staff is Extremely knowledgeable and their customer service is impeccable! Equipment is always clean and so are the restrooms.
I am amazed by how welcoming and friendly both the staff and fellow members have been! The HIIT circuit class this morning was highly challenging, which is what I’m here for. Barbara G. made us all laugh and work our hardest! And Beth’s Pilates class after that was fantastic. Smooth, clear instruction that left us breathing hard and our muscles burning! It seems like I pay a premium and there's a lot of other things going on. It seems like a constant give and take to keep children off the machines. I'm looking to switch to a smaller gym, this just let's too much slide and based off my membership it's not a good deal.
