Little to no waiting when you arrive. Sarah at the front desk is sweet,friendly, and always helpful. Each step in the beginning tests are explained completely. Doctor at final exam shows and explains test. I feel like each and every step is thorough and well explained. Have gone here for years and would recommend it to anyone.
