I was only half-heartedly looking forward to this initial visit, but as it turned out, I was very happy with the entire experience. Dr. Koczman and his entire office staff were very professional and accommodating, and made my wife and me feel very at ease with our decision to have the procedures on my eyes.

No Follow-Thru with Assurances Provided... The upgraded Multi-Focal lenses did not perform well for me. A lens exchange was attempted on my left eye first, but it didn't go well and the surgeons decided that LASIK would be the best way to correct my vision and obtain the desired results. However, they only want to do my left eye and demanded a release of further assistance with the poor vision in my Right eye. I could not agree to this inexplicable request.
