I have been going there for many years. The staff is excellent. Dr. Lowrance has been a godsend.. He is very patient , kind and always answers my questions. I highly recommend him!
This office is poorly managed and uncaring. Dr. YOUNG performed cataract surgery on me in 2021. My cataracts are back and I'm not allowed to see him because I am considered a new patient.
While in the middle of some very serious health issues, having some problems with my eyesight. Went for an appointment and saw Dr Routan and he reassured me that nothing physically was really wrong with my eyes. Hoping when my stress level goes down they autocorrect. Fingers crossed! But I know they're only 10 minutes or so away if I need them. Otherwise, I'll go back in February for my annual. Thanks for being there.
