Very rude front office staff. The lazy woman at the front desk clearly felt put out that she had to do her job, and didn't want to be bothered with a question about my insurance. I had my wife on the phone since she is the primary on our insurance, and I asked the woman at the front desk to talk to my wife to clarify that she was processing our benefits correctly.
