Once you sign the contract and pay your deposit, they end all contact with you. They were incredibly responsive while I was shopping around for the job but things have changed. I've called, emailed, texted, left voicemails, and even went to the office to try to get hear from someone (no one was there). Looking through the reviews, it appears they actually answer these so hopefully this will get me a response. ⸻ DO NOT RECOMMEND Summit Exteriors - Roofing Rochester NY My team and I installed gutters on 15 homes, along with other work for this company. We paid for all the materials out of our own pocket, and they never paid us for the completed work. After finishing the entire project, they simply ignored us. They did charge the homeowners in full, but we were never paid. This was a clear example of a total lack of professionalism and responsibility. Do not trust this company.

Summit exteriors did the roof. They did it in winter, and they did a decent job. I paid in full, and they left my house a mess. They told me they would complete the cleanup once everything has thawed. There were 1000s of nails left all over, screens were ripped. Ice shield fell off the roof and damaged part of my pool electrical equipment and damaged the fence. I have been asking since March to have everything cleaned up and fixed.
