It has been since the hail storm of last year that we contracted with Summit. They came and did our roof soon after. Now, after months and months of being ghosted by the company ( no direct contact since February ) and hounding our contact Nick, who responds sporadically, we still have NO Siding! Once we told them we couldn’t afford to pay the extra cost to have our whole house done, not just the areas insurance covered, they dropped us like a hot rock. Awful. Just simply terrible. Entire roof replacement, but this company managed to destroy the screens on my windows, blow the fuse in my basement by plugging 3 power tools into an extension cord with a surge protector, and the roof has leaked every single year that I've had it. all 3 of them so far. Still finding shingles and nails all over my property. Had to hire another roofing company to come out and redo the work, repair the insulation in the house, and replace drywall because the leaks were so pervasive. Would never re... read more

Update 02/17/26: Unresolved 12/12/24: Still unresolved. 06/16/24 As you can see, someone from Summit Exteriors has responded to my initial review. However, it has been two months since their response, and the main issues remain unresolved. They have not contacted me via phone or email, only replying to this Google review. Despite having all my contact information—email, cell phone, and house phone—they have not reached out to address the problem. PLEASE SORT THE COMMENTS BY "NEWEST". DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE HIGH OVERALL RATING. Once you sign the contract and pay your deposit, they end all contact with you. They were incredibly responsive while I was shopping around for the job but things have changed. I've called, emailed, texted, left voicemails, and even went to the office to try to get hear from someone (no one was there). Left a $4,000 deposit for roof work never showed up, stopped answering calls and emails. Three months later- no work ever started, PTO days wasted on days they were supposed to show up but cancelled. Most importantly, no refund (after agreeing in writing to send back the deposit). Update: owner has been in contact to return my deposit, working out a payment plan. Will update again once fully resolved.
