I have always been considered a very anal retentive person and as such, very tough to please. But I can say this was one of the best experiences my wife and I have had with a contractor. The job was as close to perfect as I've experienced. John was great start to finish.
Once the estimate was accepted, which was a great price. John, the owner explained everything that he and his team would be doing in removing and replacing the roof. As a widow, not sure what choices to make, after reading reviews, and noting the Veteran allegiance. I was sure this was the contractor I needed to help me with what was a minor job, (major for me) replacing siding torn off by wind. There is not enough words to describe John. He was kind, polite, respectful, and above all else very knowledgeable in his trade. I would recommend him 100% above other contractors I have worked with. Thank you John!
