*** and *********************** hired our company to do a move out/deep clean on January 11, ****. When our staff arrived at the property, it was extremely filthy and cluttered. We have over 145 photos of this property from before our cleaners started, and after they were finished. This property was one of the filthiest properties we have ever cleaned.. Good cleaning, but sketchy admin. We've been using Summit for our primary home the last few months. The ******************* hourly, and since my wife and I work from home we are there to let the crew in and wave them goodbye. The cleanings are good, no qualms there, but the surprise is always in the invoice. It's pretty common to receive an invoice with inflated hours, and if I hadn't been checking the invoices against their actual times worked, I estimate I would have paid over $1,200 more since inception.Generally it takes... read more

******************** does not take into account when there are multiple cleaners arriving at a property. As a company, we bill per hour.. if a team of three cleaners arrive and they are there for two hours, that is equivalent of six man hours. It will take a crew of three people, two hours to do what would take one person six hours to do. We recently transitioning to Summit Executive Cleaning for our vacation rental. Unfortunately we had the exact opposite experience. We booked our cleanings online several days in advance and confirmed the cleanings would be complete, each time we selected the time slot of 10-12, to ensure the cleaning would be completed by check in at 4:00. 3 times, over a 2 month period the team did not show up until after check in time (4:00), they were so rushed they cut corners, including not changing the linens.
