Trailers are over priced, they throw violations at you for everything, management is unprofessional and rude. They wanted a 30 day notice before we moved but we could only give them two weeks since we had just found out we could move in. On top of that the greedy people they are expected a full months rent even though we were out middle of the month. Dont move here.... youll regret it. Hope yall get shut down! Guess it also explains the 3.7 stars this place gets
They allowed me to move into a trailer where the previous tenants had to "vacate" urgently because the home had bed bugs so I heard from multiple neighbors sadly a little to late. I got the home 6 months later after they vacated, the park did not inform me of the untreated bug issue. 2 months after moving in the bed bugs came out of what orkin called they're dormancy. The property owners are violating ohio property laws in all their estates we need a class action
Its a trailer park, its clean,very quiet,yards and trailers are kept nice,roads and driveways are paved,small playground for the kids and overflow parking at the rear of the park.. Really nice place to call home.
