I lived here for almost 4 years with my kids.It was a nice area for my kids to grow up etc. I went through financial hardship and was given a notice for an eviction.I did everything in my power to keep my place for my kids. I even reached out and got a voucher to help pay my rent and they wouldnt accept it like they had in the past. They raised the rent from what it felt like every 6 mths to a year.When I moved in it was 750 a month and when I moved it was about 900. Trailers are over priced, they throw violations at you for everything, management is unprofessional and rude. They wanted a 30 day notice before we moved but we could only give them two weeks since we had just found out we could move in. On top of that the greedy people they are expected a full months rent even though we were out middle of the month. Dont move here.... youll regret it. Hope yall get shut down! Guess it also explains the 3.7 stars this place gets
